"At that time, every time I ate, I would vomit, for no reason at all. Later, I realized that it was because I was so stressed that my stomach couldn't load food," she said.

Chronic insomnia makes Huong Tram exhausted, and still has to live in the whirlpool of performing work, so at times, she feels like a half-dead person. "I don't want to see anyone, but I still have to keep working, I have to smile even though I really just want to cry," she said.

Being famous too quickly at a young age has made Huong Tram not strong enough to face the pressures of work and the market. She no longer feels showbiz is as rosy as what she aspires to.

After 6 years of struggling, Huong Tram realized that her illness would not be cured by any psychiatrist but herself.
