Miss Cosmo 2024 brings Vietnamese pride to Indonesia, beauty fans explode

On December 18, in Jakarta, Vietnam's Green and Smart Mobility Joint Stock Company (GSM) launched the SM Green electric taxi service in Indonesia. The event became the center of attention for beauty fans when it welcomed the presence of Miss Cosmo 2024 - Ketut Permata Juliastrid.

Besides Vietnam and Laos, Indonesia is the third country to have the presence of SM Green electric taxi service. To mark an important step in its international expansion strategy, on December 18, Vietnam's first pure electric taxi company held an opening ceremony in the capital city of Jakarta with the participation of many Indonesian government officials.

The event was attended by Dr. Riyatno - Deputy Minister in charge of Investment Environment Development, Ministry of Investment and Downstream Indonesia (BKPM); Mr. Ta Van Thong - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to Indonesia; Mr. Denny Abdi - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia to Vietnam; Mr. Tatan Rustandi - Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Directorate for Roads, Ministry of Transport; Mr. Pham Sanh Chau - CEO of VinFast Asia; representatives of the city government; representatives of the Embassies of Laos, Uzbekistan, East Timor, Serbia, India, Sri Lanka in Indonesia, and nearly 100 strategic partners of Xanh SM in this country.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, General Director of GSM Global, shared that Xanh SM sees strong potential in the Indonesian market as the demand for switching to green and smart mobility solutions is increasing.

“Indonesia’s Net Zero commitment by 2060 is also in line with our mission in the global electrification of transportation. We believe that the launch of Green SM will not only bring exciting mobility experiences to Indonesians, but also contribute to creating a green future for everyone,” said Nguyen Van Thanh.

Miss Ketut Permata Juliastrid - Miss Cosmo 2024 and Ms. Truong Vu Hoa Mi - Deputy General Director of Cosmo Ecosystem, Deputy Head of Miss Cosmo Organizing Committee were honored to be the guests of honor at this event.
