After discovering her unstable health, she decided to break up with her boyfriend of 2 years. The female model did not dare to share the reason. Minh Tu admits that she is a negative person, she thinks a lot even if it's just a small thing. She is depressed because she thinks that she cannot bring happiness to her lover.

"My boyfriend at that time was 40, he always wanted to have a small family. I thought negatively that I couldn't do it, so I let him find someone suitable. But later, when I shared the reason, he is willing to accept and say we can adopt," Minh Tu said.

In the podcast, Minh Tu also revealed that she has many diseases. She is a case of "broken plan" of the family, with congenital amblyopia, heart valve regurgitation, irregular lungs. Poor health affects the life of the female model when she grows up.

"I can't exercise too hard because I get tired easily and have trouble breathing. My amblyopia is incurable, I have to wear contact lenses all the time. Because of these diseases, I give up many hobbies such as horseback riding, archery..." , Minh Tu added.

Minh Tu's current boyfriend is Chris, a German, living and working in Asia for more than 15 years. He and Minh Tu met in 2011 and dated a year later. During the time of love, they have broken and mended many times.
