After meeting journalist Ta Bich Loan, Manh Khang was inspired by her and felt that MC work at a television station was also very interesting, so he went to VTV to practice. In a program, Manh Khang said that he was once criticized for having a perfect body, looking unfriendly, and being too angular. In the past, as a model, Khang didn't need to use his voice, always needed a cool demeanor, but now he has to practice words, speak fluently, and smile brightly to change himself. And the hardest part is constantly learning to really become a host, not a model."

In the past, Manh Khang once attracted attention when bluntly sharing about the issue of solicitation in showbiz, he said: "Soliciting is really not strange, but it is important to agree or refuse. Listening is always like delicious bait, but each person feels it for themselves, if you get hooked, you have to accept it. I have rejected many offers because I felt it was not suitable for me. I want to choose what I like to eat."

Not only a popular MC model, Manh Khang also caused a fever when representing Vietnam to participate in Mr Supranational 2019. Before that, during the flight to Poland, he had an incident of losing almost all of his important luggage (many vests, ao dai, national costumes, shoes, other accessories) that he and he shared with him. -The crew prepared for weeks while in transit in France. The above incident made Manh Khang unable to stand out or score in the contest's activities like other competitors. He could only borrow a vest and a few accessories from Japanese and Spanish contestants. However, he still kept the spirit of optimism, "fighting" with all his might.

Specifically, in the Talent competition, although allowed by the organizers and judges to skip, but because he did not want to lose his score and the opportunity to express himself, Manh Khang decided to overcome difficulties to complete this challenge. He used a toothbrush instead of a brush, used a plastic cup to make ink and then asked for more paper and ink at the hotel to draw competitive calligraphy.

Having only one pair of hard shoes for all activities also injured Manh Khang's legs. However, he still tried to complete all the schedules of the contest organizers. Manh Khang said that when he was in high school, he was like many other boys when he preferred to play rather than study. Especially at that time, the guy from Ha Thanh himself was always attracted to the teenage modeling job. But one day, when he saw his mother's tears because he was sad and worried about his future, Manh Khang suddenly realized that he had to change. Because education is very important. At the same time, it is the foundation for him to change the future.

Manh Khang shared in the clip: "I rushed to study, study and study. After finishing high school, I won a full scholarship to the Faculty of Multimedia Communication at a university in Taiwan, China. . But, I never gave up on my dream. In the 4 years parallel to my studies, I continued to be passionate about modeling in Taiwan."
