Pop queen Madonna has fans buzzing with a series of rare photos of her and her boyfriend, taken during a date in Italy. It is known that she and her 38-year-old boyfriend are on vacation and are about to celebrate their birthday.

On August 13, Madonna held h.ands with Akeem Morris as they strolled through the streets of Portofino, Italy. She wore a Dolce & Gabbana lace dress and accessorized with jewelry. Akeem, in a polo shirt, shorts and sneakers, gently led Madonna through the cobblestone streets.

Madonna and the Jamaican were also seen sailing earlier this week, according to People. The pop star will celebrate her birthday in Italy on August 16.

Akeem Morris has been seen with Madonna a lot lately. In July, the two went out in New York on Independence Day and the singer later shared a photo of them together on Instagram. On August 3, she also posted a photo of herself in bed with Akeem Morris with the caption: "Hot summer fun."
