After many competitions and many calls for Top, the new owner of the Miss Grand Vietnam 2023 crown has called Le Hoang Phuong's name. The runner-up positions are 1st runner-up Bui Khanh Linh, 2nd runner-up Truong Thuy Minh Nhan, 3rd runner-up Le Hong Hanh, 4th runner-up Dang Hoang Tam Nhu.

Hoang Phuong was born in 1995, is a familiar face in the Vietnamese Beauty queen village when she reached the Top 5 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2022. Originally an architect but possessing a personality, charming face, hot body and skillful catwalk skills, Hoang Phuong is very successful as a model.

In addition to modeling, Le Hoang Phuong is also an architect. Tan Miss graduated in Architecture from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology in 2021, currently CEO of an architectural company, specializing in drawing, design and construction works. She is 1.75 m tall, three-ring measurements 84-66-93 cm. The beauty has been in the top 10, top 5 of Miss Universe Vietnam 2019 and 2022. She also placed third in the Favorite Contestant award with 16.58% of the votes.

In the contest with the top 5, the female architect was asked the question: "In your opinion, a child in the process of improving himself to grow up, when living in a family, what does that child need?" The beauty chose to answer in both English and Vietnamese.

The new miss revealed that at the rehearsal, she was drawn for the coronation position. Luck came again when she became Miss Grand Vietnam on the night of the decisive competition. On stage, she kept up her performance through name-chanting competitions, swimsuit performances, evening dresses, peace and conduct presentations

"I consider myself lucky that whatever the draw is. I am happy, I want to immerse myself in this space because I know this is the last beauty pageant I will participate in. I have a very sacred feeling because so many of my efforts are recognized by the judges. The moment we held hands with 1st runner-up Bui Khanh Linh, we said thank you for having each other," she said.

Attending the event were the president and vice president of Miss Grand International, a Thai, including Mr. Nawat and Ms. Teresa. Isabella Menin - Miss Most Beautiful World 2022, the reigning Miss World Peace also came to Vietnam.

Miss Grand Vietnam - Miss Peace Vietnam is organized to find faces to participate in Miss Grand International - one of the six major beauty pageants in the world. This year, the contest kicked off from May 6, contestants went through sub-rounds including swimsuits, fashion beauties, and national cultural costumes.

The seven judges of the contest include Miss Ha Kieu Anh (head of department), People's artist Vuong Duy Bien (deputy department), director Hoang Nhat Nam (deputy department), designer Do Long, supermodel Minh Tu, Miss Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien, runner-up Kieu Loan, actress Diem My 9x.
