Thanh continued to drive the car for about 20m and then stopped and asked Mrs. N. to get off but she did not agree. At the same time, the family of Mrs. N. also chased. Seeing that, Thanh drove a gas tank, causing Ms. N. to fall onto the road, and was taken to the hospital by her family for emergency treatment.

Receiving information about the incident, the Dong Da District Police urgently investigated, examined the scene, and took witness statements. By professional measures, the police summoned Nguyen Ngoc Thanh to work. Initially, Thanh confessed the above incident.

At present, the victim with severe trauma has undergone cranial surgery. Preliminary assessment results Ms. N. suffered 63% health damage.
