Kim Tieu Ly's real name is Le Thi Kim Ly, known to everyone as the smallest gir.l in Vietnam. When she was born, she weighed only about 800 grams and had to stay in a phototherapy room for about a month. When she grew up, the "tiny gir.l" was 75cm tall and weighed 8.8kg.

Through the media, Kim Tieu Long learned about the chil.d's situation and adopted him. The male artist also took the chil.d to perform many times, receiving love and support from the audience.

Kim Tieu Long was born in 1974 in Vinh Long. After winning the Tran Huu Trang Promising Award in 2003, he became a star in the traditional music field in the 2000s, and won the Gold Medal at the National Professional Cai Luong Theater Festival in 2004. Kim Tieu Long was once married to People's Artist Thanh Ngan but they broke up after a while. Not long after that, the male artist moved to the US to settle down and had a new wife. He has a son named Kim Dai Phuoc. Since moving to the US to settle down, he has gradually become more secretive about his private life.
