In April 2009, Ms. Oanh established Kim Oanh Commercial Services and Real Estate Construction Joint Stock Company with initial charter capital of 48 billion VND, including 30 employees. At that time, Kim Oanh real estate focused on land plots and cheap housing. CT developed well, a year later (ie 2010), Ms. Oanh opened more branches in Dong Nai and Ho Chi Minh City.
In 2015, Ms. Oanh founded Kim Oanh Group, marking the strong development of CT. Following the great success, in addition to the land plot project, Kim Oanh Group expanded to many housing projects, townhouses and distributed to a number of other units.
In 2017, Kim Oanh real estate increased its clean land fund from 250 hectares to 500 hectares, and at the same time increased its charter capital to 100 billion VND.
From a small CT, Kim Oanh real estate is now a corporation with nearly 1,000 employees and 9 branches operating in provinces including Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai and Thua Thien - Hue.
