If I have the chance, I will put on weight in half a year at best, my body will be more beautiful and stronger."

"I used to be about 78kg, now I'm 67kg. I'm not happy with my current appearance. I'm looking forward to hitting the gym more to get back on track. I had just had a minor accident so I couldn't go back to the gym. When I get better, I'll try to keep training. When I go to movies, I tell people not to eat good food in front of me. After persevering for a few days, I couldn't stand it, and I ate comfortably with the crew," Kieu Minh Tuan added.

I'm the least shopper, spending the most money on food. I go to the market all the time, buy food, cook rice... I still cook for a long time, but people have to wait about two hours to enjoy it because I cook a little too long."
