Kien did not mention Negav's name directly, but called him "a friend active in the entertainment industry".

Kien added: "However, after a few days, as my activities and everyone in the group gradually thinned, his posts began to become uncontrollable, containing malicious content, touching sensitive issues. Some group members also participate in interactive comments under these contents.

It was only recently, when Negav's scandal broke out and the incident was exposed, that Kien was well aware of the problem: "My account is still in the role of Administrator of the group. The group has attracted a lot of attention and the current incident is making people frustrated and confused. Myself, after 4 years, I don't remember specifically what content was posted in the group at that time, so when I looked at what was captured, I realized that everything had gone too far."

Besides, Kien also clarified his frustrating post on January 31, 2020. At that time, Kien posted a picture of a bag of wet wipes on sale with the caption: "Great opportunity of the year!". Notably, below the article, Kien also commented offensively.

Kien said that because he wrote without marks, he was misunderstood. He further explained: "The comment section I wrote without marks with the intention of simulating the voiceover in TV commercials.
