Khanh Binh was bought two houses by the rich woman, one house in District 8 (Ho Chi Minh City) and one house in An Giang. A year later, the male singer was born in 1981 and Tien returned to Rach Gia (Kien Giang) to continue selling pho, and then the woman gave birth.
