Recently, in a TV show, Kha Ly shared her emotional story about her arduous journey to motherhood. She recounted her first attempt to have a child through in vitro fertilization (IVF).

At the beginning of the conversation, the actress shared: "When I became a mother, I felt extremely happy. I had wanted to be a mother for a long time and did not think I would have the opportunity to become a mother. Because 8 years after getting married, I had a baby and the journey to find a child was very difficult. I even thought that I might not be able to have a child."

According to Kha Ly, when they first got married, she and her husband did not plan to have children soon, but wanted to focus on work, save money, and then have children. When she looked back and saw that her friends around her already had children, she and her husband also wanted to have a new member. However, when she went for a prenatal checkup, the actress encountered some health problems and had to be treated.

Thanh Duy's wife shared: "When I went for a check-up, the doctor discovered that I had a thyroid nodule and had to monitor it closely because it was suspected to be malignant. After surgery and a biopsy, I was relieved when the doctor informed me that it was benign. But that problem also partly affected my ability to conceive naturally and the doctor advised me to do IVF (in vitro fertilization). When I went for an examination to do IVF, I discovered that I had a borderline malignant ovarian tumor and had to have surgery again. After treatment, I had to rest for about 2 years before I could do IVF."

Kha Ly's IVF journey was not smooth either. The actress revealed that the first time, when she was pregnant for 2 months, she miscarried, leaving her disappointed and depressed for a long time. This shock made the actress afraid, and it was more than a year later that she dared to do IVF again. Even though she was pregnant, the actress was always in a state of anxiety, afraid that she would not be able to keep the baby.

Kha Ly said: "Ly did not dare to do it again right away, the doctor said she could do it again after 6 months but Ly did not dare. After more than a year, Ly decided to do it again." Here, the actress also talked about the second time she did IVF when in the first 3 months she had to continuously inject medicine into her abdomen every day to maintain the pregnancy.

In addition, Thanh Duy's wife revealed that during her pregnancy, she faced many difficulties such as morning sickness, back pain and fatigue in the first 3 months. However, her condition gradually stabilized after that. In particular, Kha Ly could not hold back her emotions and burst into tears when sharing about these difficult stages.

The actress recalled her first pregnancy, when the fetus was not fully developed in the 5th month and there was a risk of abortion, which made her completely depressed. However, the beauty did not give up, praying every day for her child to be healthy. When the test results showed that the fetus was developing normally, Kha Ly was truly overwhelmed with happiness.

Talking about her journey of giving birth, Kha Ly said that her daughter was born by cesarean section. The moment she saw her child's face, the actress was so happy that she cried. She said it was a feeling she would never forget. After spending time in the hospital, Kha Ly began her journey of motherhood with many surprises but also full of happiness, from holding her child for the first time to changing diapers for the first time.

The actress sent her thanks to her husband for always being by her side during their 8-year journey together. Kha Ly expressed: "You always pamper me so that I can be in the most comfortable spirit, I am very grateful to you. Now that we have baby Lita, that happiness has increased even more.
