Previously, on the evening of April 8, the final of Miss Transgender Vietnam 2023 was held at a film studio in District 12, Ho Chi Minh City. The program is not broadcast on television, but only livestreams on YouTube channel.

The show is more than 4 hours long, with performances by singer Van Mai Huong, models Lan Khue, Hoang Thuy, and Le Thao Nhi. Miss international transgender Fuschia Anne Ravena (Philippines) and transgender beauty Yoshi Rinrada Thurapan (Thailand) were also present in the finale.
