Specifically, when performing his real voice on piano music, the 9x male singer was somewhat "stiff" and clearly out of breath, not as smooth as the recording. Many notes were even blurred, completely submerged compared to the other notes, making it difficult for the audience to hear what he was singing.

Besides, performing with his brothers who have worked as singers such as Quang Trung, Anh Tu Atus, Pham Dinh Thai Ngan also made Hung Huynh somewhat "inferior". However, he quickly regained his confidence to bring a complete performance to the audience with his teammates.

A few days ago, Hung Huynh was caught up in a controversy when his debut MV "Chang The Nham Mat" was said to reference Jungkook's MV "Standing Next To You". After facing a wave of anger and strong "boycott" from the Army, the male singer posted an apology on his personal page late at night on December 17.

He wrote: "I am Hung Huynh. I have read all the comments of the past few days, I really can't sleep and want to say a lot of things. Despite apologizing and hiding the MV "Chang The Nham Mat" on all platforms, Army's anger towards Hung Huynh has not subsided because he only sent a message to fans, not mentioning the issue of "learning". BTS fans even asked the crew and the singer born in 1999 to give a satisfactory explanation for the "plagiarism" controversy.

There was no action related to the noise, but on the evening of December 18, Hung Huynh still attended the Star of the Year awards ceremony and received the Male of the Year awar.d. After that, the male singer continued to appear at an event taking place in Ho Chi Minh City on the evening of December 19.

On December 21, Hung Huynh's side announced that the male singer would not attend the Green Wave Awards ceremony. Therefore, the FC manager decided to stop calling for votes even though he was nominated in the category of Most Favorite Male Singer/Rapper and held 7th place in the rankings.
