According to the indictment, the investigation determined that Huu Tin and A. had a relationship like husband and wife and rented an apartment in Giai Viet apartment building. Huu Tin let Phi live and share the rent. Sometimes Huu Tin uses Phi's room to receive guests and have fun with friends.
