After ending her marriage with Quang Minh, Hong Dao's life at the age of 62 has attracted much attention. She shared about her family and children, and that she cannot return to Vietnam for one reason.

Recently in a program, artist Hong Dao spoke up when asked if she wanted to return to Vietnam to live permanently. She said: "Currently, I have not thought about returning to Vietnam to live permanently. I still have my parents and children in the US. Although my two children live separately elsewhere, whenever I come home, they also come back with me, I like that feeling.

My children know that when I come home, they will pack their things first and then fly back to visit me for a few weeks, then return to where they live and work. Therefore, I still want to go back and forth between Vietnam and the US."

Regarding the secret to maintaining her figure at the age of 62, Hong Dao shared: "I stay young because I exercised since I was young and ate carefully. Every morning I wake up early to exercise, walk 6-7 kilometers and then go to the gym to work out.

Before, I also paid attention to my body, always weighed myself to see how much I weighed and checked my measurements, if there was a slight change I would immediately adjust it. But now that I'm older, I allow myself to be more outgoing, eat more, and gain a little more weight. I do whatever feels comfortable."

Regarding her current job, Hong Dao shared: "I just want to do what I like, whether it's successful or not will be decided later. For example, if I've never played that role before, I'll try, but whether it's successful or not is a completely different story.

I have been in showbiz for over 40 years so I understand that not every role or film is successful. I have written dozens of skits but out of 10, the audience only likes 2 or 3, some are average and some the audience doesn't like. I have experienced a lot.

I'm happy to be working, at this age I still have good roles, I'm happy to radiate good energy to everyone around me. I'm also picky about roles, but I'm picky to act well, not to become more famous. I work in a way that I enjoy life very much."

Hong Dao also refused when asked if she would accept the role of a 20-year-old if given the opportunity. She said: "At most, I would accept the role at 45 years old, but I wouldn't dare accept the role at 40. The audience's trust is very important. I cannot take on a role that is too young because my body, demeanor, and thinking are not suitable, it shows right away."

In 2023, Hong Dao suffered a serious health incident. The artist underwent a 6-hour surgery, postponed her work, and stopped performing for a while.

When asked about her current health condition, Hong Dao shared: "After the health incident, I have recovered and regained my best physical condition to live and work normally. I even joke with young people that "however you go, I will follow".

Now, after divorcing Quang Minh, Hong Dao said she looks to her children to live and learn to love herself. The artist is happy that her two daughters are grown up and have stable jobs. Even though they are far away, she and her children still keep in touch and update each other on their lives every day.

"I am very satisfied and happy with my single life, so I don't feel deprived. For me right now, my parents are healthy, my children are grown up, and I can do what I like, that's the happiest thing for me. But at some point, if I feel deprived, I will seek compensation," the female artist said about her single life.

At the age of 62, Hong Dao is considered to be increasingly young, beautiful and sexy. Compared to her contemporaries, the female artist has a slim, toned appearance that many people admire.

In America, Hong Dao lives in a large villa with full amenities. The artist's house is surrounded by green trees and fresh flowers, and also has a swimming pool and a garden for afternoon tea and relaxation.
