My grandmother, despite her sore leg, still sold sweet potatoes, milk and cakes on the side of the national highway. Many days when she couldn’t sell anything, she had to bring food home to eat. Seeing Xuan Nghi’s difficult situation, Ho Ngoc Ha decided to help her pursue her studies. The female singer was very happy because she was a good student.

Before visiting Xuan Nhi's house, Ho Ngoc Ha stopped by her grandmother's stall. Her grandmother said that she boiled potatoes and cassava herself to sell, and the profit was very small. If she sold everything, she would make a profit of 120,000 VND. On a slow day, she only earned fifty or seventy thousand VND. Seeing her grandmother's difficult situation, Ho Ngoc Ha quickly rolled up her sleeves to help sell her goods. When many people recognized the female singer, she took the opportunity to say: "If you want to take pictures, you have to buy the goods first!". Even when meeting Western customers, she greeted them in extremely fluent English. The enthusiasm and dedication of the beauty born in 1984 made people extremely excited, thanks to which she continuously closed orders and sold goods quickly.

After helping her grandmother earn 300 thousand VND from goods, Ho Ngoc Ha also announced that she would support Xuan Nhi to pursue her studies. She would give Xuan Nhi a scholarship and make a beautiful corner for her to motivate her to study more. Along with that, Ho Ngoc Ha would help her grandmother renovate the house so that the two of them could have a better place to rest.

Ho Ngoc Ha shared more about her feelings for Xuan Nhi that she is a good girl. The female singer hopes that with this little help, she can send Xuan Nhi to school and give Xuan Nhi a full roof. Ho Ngoc Ha shared more that she had previously helped children in Quang Binh, when Ho Ngoc Ha returned, she was thanked by the children who were now adults. Thanks to the scholarship the female singer previously gave, they are now adults and have stable jobs. That is what makes Ho Ngoc Ha happy when helping the children and hopes that in the future she will see Xuan Nhi grow up and return to thank them like the young people of Quang Binh.

She shared more about the reason for doing long-term charity trips, she said: "Suddenly there comes a time when you need to give, because that is your joy. When doing charity, at each stage Ha will aim at different subjects, but celebrating 20 years in this journey, when she is mature enough, Ha realizes that education is extremely essential, necessary to expand the intelligence and understanding of children."

Ho Ngoc Ha shared that in fact, providing material support is very easy, the singer can easily call on donors to contribute. However, the singer wants this charity journey to be her own, so she chose her own way of giving the children scholarships. This is also a practical way of volunteering when only education is the best way to change one's life.
