Sharing with reporters, Duy Quach said that all his colleagues were saddened by Nam Phong's passing.

According to him, Nam Phong is loved for his emotional and enthusiastic life. "Every time artists perform or organize events, Nam Phong participates in supporting selflessly," the chairman shared. That's why he and his colleagues wanted to go back to say goodbye to Nam Phong as a final thank you.

Actor Doan Minh Tai expressed his regret and pity: "You lived like that, decently, kindly, quietly but not anonymously. You don't need to stand on a big stage, you just need someone who truly misses you. The pain and heaviness are gone, right? Go in peace, my dear." These sincere words clearly depict the image of a Nam Phong who lives with love.

Miss Phan Thi Mo and Nam Phong were close friends both at work and in real life. As soon as she received the bad news, she immediately returned to Ca Mau. Before stopping his journey of life at the age of 41, Nam Phong was still working hard on his fashion design work. His last post in early June was still a happy image at an entertainment event.

For many years, Nam Phong has been the person behind the scenes, silently designing costumes for Dan Truong, Quach Tuan Du, Luong Gia Huy, Nhat Tinh Anh, Luong Bang Quang, Quoc Dai, Thanh Thao, Akira Phan... He is a trusted designer for his unique style and dedication.

Although always optimistic, Nam Phong's health was poor and he had a history of lung disease. Late last year, he had to be hospitalized for treatment. On his personal page, Nam Phong recounted the "25 days of overcoming death's door", when his condition was critical, he could not eat, talk, and had difficulty breathing. After intensive treatment, he recovered and was discharged from the hospital. However, the terrible disease took his life too soon.

"This illness was valuable because it allowed me to let go of many haunting and mental crises that had lasted for more than 30 years, to open my heart and regain my faith in humanity. Phong also realized that he was too obsessed. Now I am happier and think more openly," he once shared.

According to the obituary, Nam Phong’s funeral will take place from noon on July 9 to July 11. His coffin will be cremated at Monivongsa Pagoda, An Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau City. Nam Phong’s passing is a great loss to the Vietnamese entertainment industry, leaving behind many lessons about appreciating life.
