I haven't seen Quy Binh for a long time because before that, Binh often went to films."
In addition, an audience member who is an overseas Vietnamese living in Canada was present before the ceremony to visit Quy Binh. He said that he has watched the actor's films many times and has always been impressed by the image of a handsome, cute-talking actor.
"It's rare to have a person like that, I feel so poor. I was very sad when I heard that Quy Binh was sick, because I didn't know. I live in Canada, a few months after returning to Vietnam. When I heard the news, I took a bus to visit Quy Binh," this person shared.
On the afternoon of March 9, family members and colleagues gathered at the funeral ceremony of artist Quy Binh. Actor Minh Hang, artists Cong Ninh, Cat Tuong, Tuyet Thu, Le Phuong, singer Phuong Thanh... were present to light incense and say goodbye to the actor to his resting place.
Mr. Le Ngoc Tam, Quy Binh's brother, read the eulogy: "Artist Quy Binh is a kind person. The legacy that Quy Binh left behind is not only the resounding melodies for life, prestigious nominations, but the audience also remembers him as an artist full of sincerity and kindness. Quy Binh is always humble, upright, ready to help friends and people."
Ms. Ngoc Tien, Quy Binh's wife, on behalf of the family, thanked her colleagues and the audience for visiting and condoling with her family in the past few days. According to Ngoc Tien, throughout the journey of life and even when fighting violent diseases, Quy Binh was always energetic and strong. In the journey to come here, when her husband is absent, she will try to overcome grief to raise and teach her children.
"His passing is a great emotional loss for my small family. At the same time, it is also an infinite grief for the brothers and sisters in our extended family. From the time my husband fell ill to the last moment, the family has received help and sharing from mass organizations, aunts, brothers and sisters, and artists. We are extremely grateful," Ms. Ngoc Tien said.
Ms. Ngoc Tien choked up many times when sharing. She bowed her head to her husband's photo and said: "I will raise my children well, useful for society. Thank you for giving me a sense of happiness on my journey. We come together with a bright smile, separated by choked tears. Rest in peace, dear."
Businessman Ngoc Tien said her last words, before sending her husband to her resting place: "I thank my mother, my husband's family for giving me the opportunity to show the gesture of a wife who is and should do it with her husband and father in the last moments. Thank you to your family for always carrying you in the days when you became seriously ill, helping you take care of him. I would like to share that Mr. Binh, although seriously ill, is always happy to be born into a family full of love and sharing. Everyone can give up all their work to take care of Mr. Quy Binh. I thank everyone."
