Hanbin and TEMPEST members are receiving positive feedback with their dance cover video before debut.
After announcing the 7-member lineup of group TEMPEST, on the afternoon of January 5, Yuehua Entertainment continued to "beat" by releasing the group's first dance cover clip. Vietnamese idol Hanbin officially appeared with his teammates and performed the choreography of NCT 127's hit song "Kick It".
The members appeared very cool, fully showing the difficult and powerful choreography typical of Kick It. However, many people complain about the cameraman when the camera angle is constantly reversed, combined with the continuous flash effect, making viewers not have a really perfect experience.
Hanbin appeared in the center position and dominated the first half of the clip. However, considering the length of the entire clip, many people predict that the Vietnamese male idol is neither the center nor the main dancer. Instead, it is the platinum-haired (undisclosed) members, Euiwoong and Hyungseob who are expected to take on these roles.
Hanbin (real name Ngo Ngoc Hung) is the name that is most interested in the Kpop fan community in Vietnam at this moment when officially becoming a Kpop idol, debuting in the bo.y group TEMPEST under the Yuehua Entertainment family.
Widely known since appearing on I-LAND (HYBE and Mnet's survival sho.w), Hanbin not only "attracts" Vietnamese fans but also attracts a lo.t of international fans. In the first days of appearing on the Korean sho.w, he received enthusiastic support from the domestic audience.
Although he could not go further to become a piece of ENHYPEN, with what he has cultivated at I-LAND, it must have helped him a lo.t on his journey to conquer his dream of becoming a Kpop idol.
During his time at I-LAND, Hanbin suffered many disadvantages and was discriminated against quite clearly when the screen time was short, causing fans to repeatedly raise their voices to demand justice. The guy left in episode 11, ranked 10th overall.
Despite efforts on stages, viewers also said that all of Hanbin's skills from singing, dancing, rapping to visual were not outstanding and difficult to surpass other contestants. At that time, not being fluent in Korean was also a disadvantage for the bo.y born in 1998.
After more than 1 year, Hanbin almost disappeared from social networks. With this comeback, in a completely new position, he must have prepared carefully to become a Kpop idol.
It can be seen that Hanbin's current appearance deserves praise from the audience. The guy seems to "makeover" much more angular and sharper than when he was on the survival sho.w. "Visual is too ho.t, looks like an adult", "More beautiful than I-LAND", "this new group thinks that the Vietnamese representative is the most handsome"... many comments left.
Besides, many people hope that Hanbin can be more explosive in the future: "This friend has a lo.t of international fans, no joke. Look at Lisa and many Kpop idols from Thailand, bringing recognition to the country but also I wish our country was like that, but only this friend can see the real prospects. No scandals, no colors, go up with strength. Wish you quick success with the group!".
Previously, Hanbin's debut stage received a positive response from netizens.
On Twitter, international fans left many comments congratulating Hanbin on debuting as an idol. The keyword about Hanbin is in the top international trending with tens of thousands of tweets, the interaction in Hanbin's personal photos is also the "biggest" in TEMPEST. These numbers prove Hanbin's "not-so-medium" charm even though he hasn't officially debuted yet.
Meanwhile, Chinese netizens are also extremely curious about the rookie boygroup of Yuehua Entertainment. On the evening of January 3, the keyword about the series of photos introducing TEMPEST climbed to No.11 ho.t search Weibo position. Among the faces of TEMPEST, Hanbin (referred to as "member number 5" because Yuehua has not published his profile) received positive reactions.
Cnet gently praised Hanbin's appearance, and made comments asking him to "private" him. There are also many Chinese netizens who already know about Hanbin, and it is predicted that the Vietnamese member will take on the role of visual cum "album sales burden" for TEMPEST. Up to now, Hanbin is the most famous member of TEMPEST, owning a large international fandom.
Some comments of Chinese netizens:
- The group's album data relies on Hanbin already.
- I wanted to know his name in 1 minute.
- This guy is Hanbin, Vietnamese, he dances very well.
Currently, netizens as well as fans are looking forward to TEMPEST's official debut.
