Ha Tran "Fire Phoenix": From thin vocals to top diva and 2 noisy entanglements "mouthful"

After the long journey of the Masked Singer, diva Ha Tran "Fire Phoenix" won the runner-up. She is known as one of the quartet of divas of Vietnamese music but few people know, at the beginning, Ha Tran used to be a thin voice, faded timbre that she herself had to admit.

Tran Thu Ha (stage name Ha Tran) is known as one of the 4 divas of Vietnamese music besides Thanh Lam, Hong Nhung and My Linh. She is the daughter of musician Tran Hieu, granddaughter of musician Tran Tien. Ha Tran was born into a musical family. However, her music career began in a difficult way. Ha Tran once said that she touched the artistic lane with a thin voice, faded timbre, easy to sing, and not special appearance.

She herself admitted this and said: "Compared to my voice , my innate voice cannot be as special and rich as the three sisters Thanh Lam, Hong Nhung and My Linh, so I have to take many other things to compensate."

People's Representative Tran Hieu also confessed that when he was young, he did not want Ha Tran to follow his career because "At first I saw that his voice was blurry, so I did not want him to follow the vocal music. But Ha was the one who was going to do it, I couldn't stop it."

In 1995, after graduating from Intermediate Vocal Music, she continued to study and graduated from the University of Vocal Music Department of Hanoi Conservatory of Music in 2000. Through many years of practice and training, Ha's voice has made many improvements.

In 2004, when his music career was at the peak of his fame, Ha Tran decided to marry an overseas Vietnamese music producer named Binh Doan. The two had about 3 months of love before officially returning to the same house. Since then, diva Ha Tran moved to the US and no longer does art activities as much in Vietnam as before.

Before the appearance of the Fire Phoenix, MC Zhencheng said that he had to suppress and headache to find many different stories to deceive the audience because he recognized diva Ha Chen from the first verse. Although the character of the Fire Phoenix has not been unmasked at the "Masked Singer" gameshow finale, however, almost the entire audience was sure that the person behind the costume was singer Ha Tran - who is considered one of the 4 divas of the Vietnamese music industry.

Throughout her career, diva Ha Tran has also been involved in unnecessary scandals with statements that allegedly insulted singer Thu Phuong. Specifically, the incident happened when Ha Tran, Thu Phuong and three other singers, Thanh Lam, Hong Nhung and My Linh, performed together in a show.

Related to this chapter, some sites have reported that the last concert was by 5 Vietnamese music divas. Many opinions say that Thu Phuong is just a singer while so far there are only 4 divas: Ha Tran, Thanh Lam, Hong Nhung and My Linh. While Thu Phuong's title caused controversy, diva Tran Thu Ha's phrase "Thu Phuong is still just a disco singing star" when exchanging with netizens caused her to be suspected of making disrespectful statements about "seniors".

Ha Tran then wrote: "If it comes to influence, Thanh Lam, My Linh, Hong Nhung are the generation ahead of Ha Tran. Tran Thu Ha also shared that: "Thu Phuong moved to the US in 2003, a year before Ha Tran, when Vietnam recognized 4 divas".

In response to the noise about her statement, Ha Tran later denied the suspicion of insulting singer Thu Phuong. On her personal page, she shared that her answers were put in the wrong situation, causing the audience to misunderstand. Ha Tran wrote: "Any answer is accurate only in relation to the question. Deliberately inverting words and context is a contradictory motive."

Later, at the press conference to launch new music products, diva Ha Tran also shared about this noise. Accordingly, the singer said her answers were for two fans who asked about the Haiphong-born singer's musical journey. By the time Thanh Lam, My Linh, and Hong Nhung had become divas, both Ha Tran and Thu Phuong had just stepped foot out of the disco.
