After 1 year of operation, Mr. Son increased the bank's profit from 1.9 billion dong in 2001 to 20.6 billion dong in 2002, then reached 42.8 billion dong in 2003 and 50 billion dong in 2017. 2004. Since then, this bank has gradually returned to its true business trajectory. On May 29, 2004, General Director Le Dac Son officially declared VPBank "escape" and revived.

At the end of 2004 - 2005, Mr. Le Dac Son and 11 teachers and scientists under the auspices of the Vietnam Construction Association established the Dai Nam University project and submitted it to the Prime Minister for approval. A year later, Vntrip said that it continued to receive a third capital injection with a valuation of 45 million USD, equivalent to 1,000 billion VND.

By 2020, even though it is a tourism business directly affected by Covid-19, Vntrip has successfully raised an additional 7 million USD in a series B funding round (about 160 billion VND).

In an interview, Le Dac Lam once revealed his father's reason for not following his career as a banker or as an educator: "Although he is very compatible with his father in business, I think working with family is always quite complicated. and confined Many of my friends work for the family business, but I choose to move out.
