On the morning of August 16, ToofP member of Uni5 (real name Nguyen Lam Hoang Phuc) was the next name to officially announce his departure from the group, leaving 6thSense Entertainment. ToofP also announced to change their stage name to Phuc, r.evealing their solo debut after leaving the group.

The fact that ToofP or any member of Uni5 left the group is no longer too surprising to fans. Besides announcing his departure from Dong Nhi company - Mr. Cao Thang, Uni5 members also decided to change their stage name, from Toof.P to Phuc.

In November 2016, Uni5 officially announced the full lineup with 6 members Cody, K.O, Luc Huy, Toki, Tung Maru, Toof.P. It is undeniable that Uni5 has both talent and visual efforts, but subjective reasons from the development path of 6thSense company and objective reasons from the domestic market have made the group not achieve the expected success.

In March 2019, Toki left the group after a long period of non-joint activities. Then in December 2022, Lu Huy was the second member to leave the group.
