Hong Nhung was born in 1970, in a traditional intellectual family in Hanoi. She has a brilliant career, her name has a far-reaching influence, so she is known as one of the four Divas of Vietnamese music, along with Thanh Lam, My Linh and Ha Tran.

Thanks to her family's linguistic genes, Hong Nhung showed her talent for literature and foreign languages from a young age. However, her greatest passion was music. At the age of 10, Hong Nhung auditioned for the Hanoi Children's Palace of Culture. Five years later, she won her first major prize, the Gold Medal at the National Professional Performance Festival.

During her time in Paris, Hong Nhung's family lived in an apartment near the Seine River, surrounded by art galleries, the Orsay Museum, and the Louvre Museum. The singer spent most of her time taking care of her family, cooking, arranging flowers, and cleaning the house.
