The w.inning company is Thanh Chuong Urban Design Consultant Co., Ltd with the amount of 2.15 billion VND. This company is directed by Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh. That's the w.inning price, but when signing a contract between Thanh Chuong Urban Design Consultant Co., Ltd and a representative of the Charity Fund of singer Thuy Tien, the construction amount was only VND 1,505 billion.
