There is one flaw exposed in this project. Specifically, according to Vietnamnet, the investor of the Charity Fund of singer Thuy Tien has opened a bid and selected a contractor to execute the package construction for Khe Lieu bridge (Thanh My commune) and Song Con 1 bridge (Thanh Son commune).

The winning company is Thanh Chuong Urban Design Consultant Co., Ltd with the amount of 2.15 billion VND. This company is directed by Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh. That's the winning price, but when signing a contract between Thanh Chuong Urban Design Consultant Co., Ltd and a representative of the Charity Fund of singer Thuy Tien, the construction amount was only VND 1,505 billion.

From the winning bid price and the contract price, the difference was reduced by VND 645 million for unknown reasons. Explaining this difference, the representative of the investor unit of the Charity Fund of singer Thuy Tien shared with the above newspaper that: "I will ask again and answer later here. Thanh Chuong Urban Design Consultant Co., Ltd. also explained in Tien Phong newspaper that: "It is a technical crack, not a poor quality construction. By design, the middle of the concrete road surface and the roof of the bridge has cracks to create elasticity".
