The winning company is Thanh Chuong Urban Design Consultant Co., Ltd with the amount of 2.15 billion VND. This company is directed by Ms. Vu Thi Lan Anh. That's the winning price, but when signing a contract between Thanh Chuong Urban Design Consultant Co., Ltd and a representative of the Charity Fund of singer Thuy Tien, the construction amount was only VND 1,505 billion.

From the winning bid price and the contract price, the difference was reduced by VND 645 million for unknown reasons. Explaining this difference, the representative of the investor unit of the Charity Fund of singer Thuy Tien shared with the above newspaper that: "I will ask again and answer later here.
