After many young people came to the tea shop and caused disorder, at around 3:00 p.m., the police force of Le Dai Hanh ward arrived to disperse the crowd and asked the shop owner to rectify his business activities.

Many young people came to take pictures and sat on the sidewalk, not ensuring traffic safety, causing disorder in the area, so we temporarily closed it," said a representative of Le Dai Hanh ward police.
