Bui Huyen Trang, born in 2003, was a "phenomenon" of Sao Mai 2022 when she was just 19 years old. Her clear, lyrical soprano voice with a simple and soaring singing style surprised both the judges and the audience in the Northern regional final. Although she was not lucky enough to make it to the national finals, Huyen Trang's singing really left a strong impression on the listeners.

When deciding to leave her hometown to study at the National Academy of Music, Bui Huyen Trang was lucky to meet her teacher - Meritorious Artist Lan Anh, and since then, Ms. Lan Anh has become Bui Huyen Trang's second "mother".
