According to this male student, including the time spent doing the paper on the old paper, the time to distribute the new paper, copying the paper... candidates take about 20-30 minutes. "Especially many students are psychologically affected by this year's literature question is very long, 120 minutes may not even be completed, let alone waste time changing exam papers and transcribing. In the exam room at that time, many of them started crying," the male student recounted.

According to this male student, after distributing the new exam paper to all candidates in the room, the exam invigilator urged the candidates to copy the paper to the new paper. He went down to ask for the opinion of the exam board to make up for an additional 20 minutes of work. But then, the candidate received a notice that he was not allowed to make time because of the fault of the exam officer, not the fault of the exam board.

The incident of the proctor mistakenly signing the high school graduation exam is still receiving special attention from the public. Because of frustration, Ms. N.'s child cried right in the exam room. Psychology is affected, so it does not do as well as expected. This parent said that in the past 3 years, her daughter has always been at the top of her class. Since the beginning of the school year, N. has focused on Literature to be able to use this subject to apply for university admission with a combination (Math, Literature, English).

The mother expressed her desire that the exam board would add points to compensate for the children affected by the above incident because of the error of the exam invigilator. The parent affirmed that the incident will definitely affect their children's university admissions a lot.

Talking in the media, on the afternoon of June 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu, Director of the Department of Education and Training of Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh City has come up with a handling plan in the case. Mr. Hieu confirmed that the above incident had caused disadvantage, psychologically affecting the candidates at the 2,500 exam room. After that, the exam invigilator arbitrarily distributed the exam papers to all candidates in the room. The two exam invigilators reported the incident to the supervisor of the exam room outside and the incident was reported to the head of the exam center.

At that time, the head of the exam site asked the examiner of this exam room to return the old exam paper to the candidates in the exam room, without adding time to the exam for the candidates because it did not have much influence.

However, the head of the exam site did not know the information that the candidates had been handed out and worked on the new exam paper, so it happened that some students worked on the new exam paper, some worked on the old exam paper.
