Baby Monster is 'untalented' in Kpop, new album encounters 'tense changes', defeated by ILLIT?

A Japanese newspaper published the results of a survey to determine the least talented KPop girl group. The survey was based on 500 people in Japan, in which Babymonster received the most votes (166).

Some of the reasons given by those surveyed were that Babymonster looked too similar, had no personality, and was unable to stand out from the crowd. Others said that YG Entertainment's new group lacked appeal when compared to other KPop girl groups of the same generation.

However, this result immediately caused controversy in the KPop music fan community. Babymonster is a group carefully selected through YG's survival program, so the girls all have good vocal and dancing skills. The Japanese newspaper is currently receiving a lot of criticism for this survey. YG Entertainment also announced that BabyMonster is preparing to release their first full-length album and that they are in the process of filming multiple music videos, including one for the title track. The agency added that with full support, the company is completing this major project by filming at multiple secure locations with a large budget.

Recording for Baby Monster's debut album has been completed and choreography for some of the songs has been done. YG Entertainment said that Baby Monster's comeback with the album "Drip" is considered their big plan this year.
