Musician and YouTuber Ngo Sy Ngoc, with the stage name A Pao, has used music and authentic footage to promote the beauty of Ha Giang, while spreading kindness to those in difficult circumstances.

Ngo Sy Ngoc was born in 1988 in Tan Ky, Nghe An, and is a native of Nghe An. After graduating from Viet Bac College of Culture and Arts, Ngoc received many invitations to join major art troupes. However, he chose Ha Giang - which he calls his "second homeland" - as the destination to develop his career.
