Possessing a rather strange-sounding name, this girl explains: "When I was born, my grandmother wanted to give me a name so that my life could be comfortable and happy. As our people often say "happy as a fairy", so the name is Tien. As for the middle name "Trieu", it comes from the fact that my eyes when I was a child were a bit small like the people of Trieu Tien. All of these factors gave birth to my name Trieu Tien".

I registered for the Miss Vietnam 2018 contest because I saw that the beauties and beauty queens who came out of the contest all had positive activities for society. I also want to learn and experience more through the contest. At the same time, I hope that after participating in the contest, it will help me become more mature," added Trieu Tien.

In 2024, North Korea participated in the Miss Universe Vietnam contest and entered the top 10. This was a proud achievement and a big step forward in her career.
