However, besides the praise for Westlife's top performances, there are a series of criticisms of the organizers this time, from the stage of arranging movement for the audience to enter the stadium, the chaotic number of seats, and the number of seats. Specifically, the seats at the edge of the VIP area (CAT 1L and CAT 1R, ticket price 4 million VND) were covered by scaffolding, making it impossible to see the main stage, only part of the screen could be seen. The audience in CAT 3 (ticket price 2.1 million VND) had a large tarpaulin obscure the stage, affecting the experience. At around 7:20 p.m., they gathered and booed, reacting tensely, before the organizers turned on the loudspeaker to respond.

Immediately after that, the Organizing Committee came up with a plan to handle and relocate some spectators in the CAT 3 area to CAT 2. However, this approach also caused frustration for many people because there were still spectators who were not allowed to change. seat.

In addition, many fans argued because the Organizing Committee arranged seats for some CAT 3 audiences (tickets 2.1 million VND) on the same level as CAT 2 seats (3.1 million VND).

Not only were there problems in the CAT 3 area, the music night also had many opinions that the CAT 1 area (right-hand side) also had "problems". Many people shared photos on social networks, claiming that they spent 4 million VND to buy the highest ticket price but were assigned seats on the edge with limited visibility.

Some spectators believe that the Organizing Committee arranged the seating chart inappropriately, causing the stands to be "diluted". The addition of the CAT 7 area (standing tickets) right next to the event date also caused loss of points with the audience. Fans are not satisfied when CAT 3, CAT 4, CAT 5 have high ticket prices but are not as close to the stage as CAT 7 (only 600,000 VND).

Besides, before the show, the banners and posters placed in front of Thong Nhat Stadium were ridiculed for their rustic and cheap design like a 'chicken coop' music night, not commensurate with the scale of the program and the group's reputation. Westlife.

After receiving too much 'outrage' from the audience of the first concert, on the morning of November 22, the Organizing Committee responded to the media about the controversies that took place during the concert.

The organizer's representative said that initially, the show had no plans to set up a tent. However, Westlife's manufacturer was concerned that the rain could damage technical equipment, so they proposed setting up a tent to cover the machinery. After the concert, Westlife also apologized for this issue and will have another plan for the concert on the evening of November 22 to avoid losing the audience's view.

Regarding the "unreasonable seating" controversy, the Organizing Committee said: "The ticket areas all have a certain number of seats that can block the view. There are broken seats, or seats that are too bad. Therefore, the Organizing Committee does not sell tickets for the entire number of seats, but will reserve empty seats for the above cases.

Regarding hygiene, a representative of the organizing committee said that due to previous heavy rains, the stands were dirty and water stagnant. They had staff clean it up but it wasn't completely clean. In addition, the organizers said that some spectators drank water and spilled it on the seats, as well as some unused areas but the audience overflowed so the seats were not clean.

Besides the remaining negative issues, we cannot deny the 'bright spots' of the Organizing Committee at the first show. Ticket checking at the gate took place quickly and orderly, with no congestion. The Organizing Committee also said that Westlife group members expressed their satisfaction when performing in Vietnam.
