The conclusion of the investigation shows that Mr. Nguyen Minh Tan (SN 1997, living in District 3) knew La Ky Anh through social networks in August 2021. On September 11, 2021, Tan invited Ky Anh over to his house to play. Waiting for Tan to fall asleep, she swapped the fake watch and put the real watch in her basket.
