During the flood, a very painful thing happened in Phong Dien district (Thua Thien - Hue). A pregnant woman showed signs of labor, so her family rented a boat to take her to the hospital to give birth. After going a short distance, the floodwaters flowed so fast that the boat overturned and the woman fell into the water, missing....
