However, with what happens publicly in cyberspace, the authorities will also step in and may base on the provisions of Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP on administrative sanctions in the field of posts and telecommunications radio frequencies to sanction this person with an amount of up to VND 20,000,000 as prescribed in Article 101 of this Decree.

Many people believe that Noah is deliberately catching views in the form of "dirty content" and setting up a protest campaign, calling for unfollow. Many celebrities also criticized male TikTokers such as Ha Linh, model Le Thuy, model Nnhi Phuong Nam, singer Nguyen Tran Trung Quan, singer Vu Ha, Pham Thoai ... At noon on 28/11, many people discovered that when searching for the account name of TikToker Noi O No, they immediately received a message that this Tik Tok channel was locked. All clips on the channel are not displayed, instead with the text: "Account banned. Tuanbrice's account is no longer available."
