"Good" is not necessarily "beautiful" because movies have to be real and in real life, not everyone has a beautiful voice. As long as your voice is the same color as the original actor's voice (for dubbed movies) or matches the character (if dubbed from the original language), you have a chance.

"Good" here is to pronounce correctly according to the required accent, know the technique of taking breath so that the voice has force when necessary, and know how to speak with appropriate emotions. If the above elements are not available, you can take voice training courses. As for movie dubbing, you need to learn a voice acting skills course. This is essential and you can hardly learn on your own. It is a combination of skills that you must apply at the same time when standing in the studio, you must have time to practice with experienced teachers to be able to instill and master it.
