While her parents thought that Hwang So Hee attended school, she spent most of her time exploring music. Shortly after, she decided to pursue electronic music and hip hop.

"I've been passionate about hip-hop since I was a child. It makes me happy when I'm sad. I really feel every melody of the music every time I look to it to relieve myself. I realize I'm really suitable for the DJ profession." SODA said.

"At first, I started as a DJ specializing in hip hop. Since then, I have remained the same. Today, whenever I play music and perform in front of an audience, that's when I feel happiest. ", added the Korean DJ.
