After more than 2 weeks of release, "A Tourist's Guide To Love" is in the top trending movies on Netflix. Besides the main male and female couple, Quinn Truc Tran is also a face that people pay attention to. In the movie, she plays the role of Anh - a young and individualistic female tour guide. Anh is the cousin of the male lead Sinh (played by Scott Ly), and is also the enthusiastic person who helps the female lead Amanda (Rachael Leigh Cook) on her journey to explore Vietnam.

"When I auditioned, the director told me that he didn't want to find a g.irl with a purely Asian appearance. The crew had looked for many actresses with black hair and a feminine style, but the director didn't agree. Moreover, my pink hair at that time suited the look the director wanted. I felt lucky because I had what the director needed," she said.

It is known that this is the first time Quinn Truc Tran has participated in an international film project. To prepare for the role, she had to learn English dialogue and use this language throughout the working process. Although she has good English skills as an international student in Australia, when communicating with everyone in the crew, the actress had to use American English. And it took her a while to get used to it.

"That was just a little difficulty I encountered. Luckily, the whole crew was talented and experienced in film. So I felt like I had to try harder and make more efforts," the actress added.

According to Quinn Truc Tran, the role in "A Tourist's Guide To Love" has a lot of meaning for her. It marked her return to acting and increased her confidence to continue on the path she has chosen.
