Accordingly, Pham Quang Linh attended the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029, as a representative of the overseas Vietnamese delegation. Sharing his feelings, the young man from Nghe An said: "I never thought that one day I would represent the Vietnamese community far from the Fatherland to attend the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. 8 years ago, when I left Vietnam for Africa, I was just a young labor export worker, wanting to do business to improve my family's life and explore the world."

While in Africa, Pham Quang Linh saw that people's lives were still very difficult and they lacked knowledge. If they were only given "fish" as food, they would not progress. They had a large land area but did not know how to farm. Therefore, Pham Quang Linh thought of helping them farm with staple crops such as corn, potatoes, and cassava to improve their lives.

In particular, through his YouTube channel, Quang Linh not only helps local people but also many other places learn and refer to. "I feel very happy because after that, many people have benefited from my achievements," Pham Quang Linh said.

Not long ago, Quang Linh also invested more than 4 billion VND to buy 14,000 hectares of land, seeds, hire workers... to build a livestock and crop farm in Africa. He also brought lawn mowers from Vietnam to clean up and cultivate faster, and brought seeds and agricultural knowledge from his homeland to guide people.
