Around 10:30am on January 10, a backpacker from Son La slipped while taking photos at the cliff area in the territory of Pai Lung commune, Meo Vac district. The victim fell into the rock crevices below. Due to the bumpy road with many sharp stones, this person suffered a deep tear in his thigh, rubbing many areas of his body....
