Phuong My Hanh was born in Binh Duong in the family of three, the reformed artist Ngoc Hung of the Binh Duong Cai Luong Doan. Loving singing since childhood, having regular cultural activities at school and at Children's House in Binh Duong, Phuong My Hanh soon became stable when standing on stage to perform.

After graduating from grade 12, following the advice of her parents, Phuong My Hanh studied Business Administration in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2015, Phuong My Hanh was invited to the US to perform in many states, serving overseas audiences with artists - singers Manh Quynh, Huong Lan, Tuan Vu, Trang Thanh Lan, Ngoc Huyen, Vu Luan. ... Listening to Phuong My Hanh sing, many overseas audiences hugged her and cried. These are also unforgettable memories on the artistic path of the female singer.

Phuong My Hanh confided: "In order to have the initial success like today, I will never forget the silent support of my family, especially my mother, who gave me the greatest motivation to strive. My mother is a seamstress, so the costumes and dresses that I perform on stage are all made by her own hands..."
