Dan Truong said that his crew removed the covers of the two songs mentioned above. The male singer also announced that he would not perform these two songs on stage again even though his crew had paid royalties for the song "Ai Can Be Forever" for VCPMC.

On June 7, musician Dinh Dung accused Dan Truong of infringing the copyright of the song Every Love. The musician confirmed that he has not authorized the VCPMC to license the performance. Therefore, the copyright of the song belongs to Dinh Dung and ACV Entertainment. However, over the past 2 years, singer Dan Truong illegally used the song "Every love" to perform for the purpose of making money without asking permission from Dinh Dung and the company.

On June 8, Dan Truong's crew said that they sent a message to ask permission of musician Dinh Dung and singer Phan Duy Anh before performing the cover. After Dan Truong's side responded, Dinh Dung's representative said that Dan Truong's crew at that time only asked for permission to cover and post it on social networks. It is against the law for the male singer to use the song Ever Loved in shows with commercial purposes.

Regarding the song "Who is faithful forever", when accused of using it to perform without permission, Dan Truong's manager provided evidence that he had asked for permission and paid royalties to VCPMC.
