The Hanoi-born beauty ranked 10th most impressive contestant in the Asia-Pacific region according to Sash Factor. This is considered a good sign and quite prosperous for Bui Quynh Hoa after suffering from "diving", many times lost from the prediction table of international experts.

The top 5 most impressive contestants in each region of the Miss Universe 2023 season are:

The Americas (Americas): Mexico, Venezuela, Colombia, Nicaragua, Peru.

Europe - Afirica & The Caribbean: Puerto Rico, France, Dominica Republic, South Africa, Spain.

Asia & The Pacific Region: Thailand, Philippines, India, Australia, Pakistan.

On the same day, beauty website Sash Factor also updated the top 3 contestants in the voting round around the Voice for Change sub-contest. Overtaking Thailand, the Nicaraguan representative came out on top with more than 70,000 votes. The beauty of the Golden Pagoda ranked 3rd with more than 48 thousand votes. Philippine representatives ranked 3rd with more than 38 thousand votes.

Earlier, Miss Universe Vietnam announced that the Miss Universe organization had made an official conclusion after the process of verifying Bui Quynh Hoa's title.

The Miss Universe organization said: "We have verified the incident and the Miss Universe organization evaluates this as an honest pageant with transparent results. We looked into it and found nothing of concern. At the same time, we look forward to welcoming Vietnamese representatives in El Salvador."

Earlier, during the explanation process, Miss Universe Vietnam sent the jury's transcript for Miss Universe to verify the sections, ensuring that all sections were transparent.

Regarding the suspicion that Bui Quynh Hoa leaked the video of smoking laughing balls, Miss Universe Vietnam also responded to the official opinion to the media after the processing process.

According to a representative of Miss Universe Vietnam, the incident took place in 2015, when Bui Quynh Hoa attended a friend's birthday.

Before coming to Miss Universe Vietnam, Bui Quynh Hoa participated in Miss Ao Dai Vietnam World 2017, Miss Sea Vietnam Global 2018, won the gold award of Vietnam Supermodel 2018.
