The billionaire asked the public to receive information from mainstream channels. The Miss Universe Organizing Committee also confirmed that the Miss Universe 2023 pageant is still going ahead as planned with the finale being held on November 18 in El Salvador.

"JKN has confirmed that the 72nd Miss Universe pageant will still be held on November 18 in El Salvador. We attach great importance to creating an invaluable experience for beauty fans and look forward to becoming an organization that empowers women worldwide," the Miss Universe organization announced.

Also on September 8, Anne made an announcement about JKN's financial position: "I will still run JKN and hold a 38% stake in JKN. With issues related to liquidity over the past time, JKN plans to clear the resolution and meet with shareholders on September 27 to reach their consensus. My executive team and I really care about investment and shareholder returns."
