Through this contest, the organizers hope to promote tourism, especially Vietnamese culture, to a large number of international friends.

Therefore, the organizers have integrated the message of Vietnamese culture through the story of ao dai, conical hats, and lotus flowers in the set of photos and clips promoting the Miss Earth 2023 contest.

In the clip, actor - producer Truong Ngoc Anh with Mina Sue Choi - Miss Earth 2022, Sheridan Mortlock - Miss Earth Air 2022 and Andrea Aguilera - Miss Earth Fire 2022 are graceful in ao dai, wearing a conical hat, posing beside the lotus.

In addition, the organizing committee also designs sightseeing, meeting, and learning activities about Vietnamese culture, history and people for contestants.

From there, the organizers built a positive image of the country, stimulating international visitors to explore Vietnam.

It is expected that the 23rd Miss Earth contest will have more than 100 contestants from countries and territories around the world coming to Vietnam to compete. Candidates will start arriving in Vietnam from November 28.

During the more than three-week journey, contestants will go through many additional competitions: Best Eco Project (Most impressive environmental project), national costume, swimsuit, talent competition...

Contestants also participate in volunteer activities and environmental protection.

The final night is expected to take place on December 22 in Ho Chi Minh City, to find the titles Miss Earth, Miss Earth Air, Miss Earth Water and Miss Earth Fire.

Do Lan Anh was born in 1997, has a height of 1.71m. She graduated from California State University of Fullerton.

Do Lan Anh was crowned Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 in mid-October 2023. Immediately after that, Lan Anh practiced more skills and developed environmental projects to compete in international competitions.
