MC Thanh Bach age 63: No longer interested in fame, self-proclaimed "expired in the world"

Thanh Bach shared the reason why the audience found himself appearing less than before.

No longer burdened with halo

MC Thanh Bach, born in 1959, is known as one of the most popular MCs in Vietnam. He is considered by many viewers to be the first master of hosting, the pioneering "king of tricks" in the entertainment industry.

During decades of persistence on stage, in any role, he has always created a special charm with overflowing energy that never seems to run out. Only in Thanh Bach, the audience can see the witty and lively that not everyone can do.

In his artistic life, Thanh Bach has won countless awards, big and small. He was once voted as the face of the year by VTV, the most TV presenter in Vietnam for doing up to 265 programs in a year.

However, for many years now, the audience has seen Thanh Bach appear less often. Instead, he spent more time teaching at Binh Duong College of Radio and Television, then strengthened at the School of Theater & Film, Thanh Nien Cultural House...

Talking about sticking with his teaching job, Thanh Bach said that before he went to Russia to return to be a teacher, but fate pushed him to become the MC Thanh Bach is today. Therefore, it is not surprising that he became a teacher.

Besides, after having passed all the glory of the profession, Thanh Bach felt that he was no longer so passionate about it. He confided: "When I understand deeply enough about life, I realize that the fame and the awards are just virtual.

Now that it's virtual, whether it's glory or glory now, I won't be burdened anymore. I can go wherever people respect me, but I can't be respected."

As for the MC job, Thanh Bach still maintains a program every month and accepts the invitation to be a guest judge for a number of other TV shows.

Reducing work pressure helps Thanh Bach have a lighter and more comfortable life. He said, one day he can teach from 5 am to go swimming. However, on the way, if you see a jackfruit tree bearing fruit or a beautiful flower tree, you can wander around and watch until you get bored and then go home to draw colors. Then he composes music and sings alone.

Life full of emotions makes Thanh Bach feel drunk and happy. "I find life so fun," Thanh Bach exclaimed.

Happy old age with grandchildren

Especially, the birth of two grandsons An Nhien and Moc Nhien has made Thanh Bach's life more fresh and energetic at the age of sixty. For him, "now priority family time is number one".

"Every day when I come home from work, just seeing my grandson, having fun with him, makes me feel like a young kid again. I always lower myself to play with him. Every time my father and I chase each other in the house, it's considered an uproar. such an area that no one knows how tired.

It seems that this is an invisible energy that helps me go to work full of life, sometimes I seem to forget everything around. I am secretly grateful to my superiors for creating these two lovely angels for me. It is my source of life and happiness.

More strangely, every time I am sad or need something lucky, as long as I take my grandson with me, naturally my person is happy and active, everything becomes happy, smooth, all good things happen. Luck just like that, "Thanh Bach said.

He also spends a l.ot of time reading books. Thanh Bach said, he can read books at any time such as when traveling in the car, during breaks between working hours. Books open up new horizons for him and keep him full of emotions to work with.

At the age of 63, Thanh Bach learned to see everything as nothing, including the loss of his body. He confided: "I often watch the oil flowers fly. Of the hundreds of flowers that fall, why do some fall on the road, others fall on the grass? Because they have the process of flying.

From stoicism, I am like an oil flower. Therefore, I will prepare for my fall to land for a lifetime. In a sense, the old Mr. Thanh Bach is gone. The person who is talking to you today is the quintessence left because the person I am has expired on this earth."
