The Prime Minister has just signed Decision No. 1112 awarding certificates of merit to 3 individuals in Lao Cai province with excellent achievements in preventing, combating and overcoming the consequences of typhoon No. 3. Three individuals include: Mr. Ma Seo Chu, Mr. Hoang Van Diep, Mr. Chau Van Chung.
