Ly Le Le: Jackie Chan's adoptive sister, a former TVB beauty, just passed away from cancer

Ly Le Le was known to the audience through many famous TVB films, and was considered a stunning beauty in the 70s. But at the end of her life, she passed away alone.

Ly Le Le was born in 1950 and entered the entertainment industry at the age of 14. It is said that because she was so passionate, at the age of 11, she lied and said she was 14 years old so that she could apply for an acting class. In 1964, she signed a contract with the Shaw Brothers company.

Ly Le Le easily transformed into a free-spirited female knight, and also had no difficulty portraying the image of noble ladies. However, Ly Le Le affirmed that she has no regrets about sacrificing her whole life for art: "Many colleagues regret that I wasted my youth, without a home and children. But anyway, I am still luckier than many people. Cinema has never turned its back on me."

It is worth mentioning that not only did she not have personal happiness and her salary was not high, but at her old age, Ly Le Le also had to face lung cancer. Specifically, the actress's relatives said that since 2020, she had discovered a shadow in her lungs but subjectively did not have a thorough examination.

Ly Le Le announced her retirement from acting because she was worried that her health would not be good enough to film. When her condition worsened and developed into cancer, the artist found out and began treatment. However, on October 27, she passed away after a long battle with the disease.
