According to the lawsuit, the supermodel alleges that the CoolSculpting procedure cruelly deformed her body due to rare side effects. The Canadian-born model has not been able to work since undergoing treatment in 2015 and 2016.

CoolSculpting disclaims liability. They say, Evangelista knows the risks that can occur when applying this beauty treatment. The lawsuit ended with an undisclosed amount of compensation.
